Ice Packs & Insulated Packaging

Hello! This item (Ice Packs & Insulated Packaging) has been added to your order by us upon noticing the meltable chocolate items you have placed in your order. In order to protect meltable chocolate products from too hot temperatures, our star packaging team uses regular non-sweat gel ice packs and box insulating materials in order to get the products safely to you. Upon adding this item, we will always immediately message you on Faire in order to get your written confirmation/ authorization to move forward with this extra charge added. (If we do not see a reply, we will remove this & all chocolates, & ship any remaining items.) This "item" *is* the physical ice packs, insulated packaging, and cold-chain services, plus the melting risks that we undertake by offering this. - - - - - Please note: We only add this extra service and protection if we have identified that there is no reasonable period of cool temperatures within the foreseeable future within which to ship your order without employing the use of this ice. If the standard FedEx shipping time from us in NJ to you (upon the package leaving our facility) is more than 2 days (ie. 3+ days), then we will be required to also ship via FedEx One-Rate (a 2-Day guaranteed arrival program). The shipping cost for this will still be the usual normal low Faire shipping cost, but we will have added extra units of this ice charge in order to compensate for this.
